A. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS
Go through the following carefully before submitting your application form(s):

1. Read the syllabus thoroughly. You¡¦ll find it on line on the following website:

2. Use the AGE CALCULATOR on the website to ensure you enter the correct level in your event.

2. Fill in the official form for solo or duo.. On an envelope, write
Ć - YOUR NAME
Ć - CLASS
Ć - CLASS NUMBER
Ć - EVENT NUMBER
Ć - TOTAL CASH

3. Use this envelope for payment of the fee. Staple it to the back of the official application form to Ms Getzlaf on th 6th floor.

4. Use ONE form per entry.

5. After Ms Getzlaf receives your official form, you will be given the unofficial form. Make sure you fill in the details carefully and put the completed form in the box on the table in the 6th floor waiting room. outside the Staff Room in the SIP wing.

Ms Getzlaf and Ms E Ma will be registering students in the Student Activity Centre from MONDAY 8 SEPTEMBER TO THURSDAY 12 SEPTEMER. Time: 1st recess, and from 12:30 to 1:30 pm.
