羊毛會被壓實成包

羊毛，要一整塊才受歡迎；但是綿羊笨重，又不安分，更會因痛楚而掙扎；如何方能令綿羊安靜和合作呢？

根據南澳洲大學的研究，答案是剪羊毛。

大多數剪羊毛人每日燃燒5500卡路里，而巴士司機只是每日600卡路里。

眾多剪羊毛人每日移動相當於13噸的物品，或腳踏十小時的健身單車。

工作辛苦，部分原因是位於澳洲內陸的工作環境，溫度可以高達攝氏50度。

According to the study at the University of South Australia, the answer is sheep shearing,

Most shearers burned up 5,500 calories every day.  Bus drivers used up only 600 calories a day .

Many shearers move the equivalent of 13 tonnes a day, or 10 hours' pedalling on an exercise bicycle.

Part of the reason why the job is so strenuous is the work conditions in the outback, where the temperature can reach 50 degrees Celsius.
